What was the question?
What began as a question about accommodation turned out to be primarily a question about the organisation. Yellowchess, in collaboration with Eindhoven City Council, developed a clear vision in which the working environment guides the organisation’s future development.
What have we done?
In an intensive co-creation process, we brought together experts, sector heads and the executive board to clarify the underlying challenge and develop future scenarios. This gave rise to Vibes Campus: a network of home bases, team hubs, central hubs and pop-ups where collaboration, social interaction and social value take centre stage.
What were the results?
Vibes Campus puts the vision into practice: from flexible workspaces to meeting areas, designed around how teams work together rather than where they sit. The Executive Board championed the vision itself, transforming it from a policy document into a genuinely shared starting point for the organisation of tomorrow.
